The second part of the Nosy-Be outreach program went well. We returned safely to Tana and are now heading for Vatomandry for the final part of the outreach. (two weeks in Nov ’23)

In a few words, Nosy-Be is an amazing island, and the people who live there are really great. It also offers the most beautiful views, and we celebrate God for this magnificent island. There are lots of seasonal fruits and beautiful flowers. You can find these beauties at the market, anywhere.

God was keen to share life and his love in Nosy-Be. He brought us here and gave us many faithful partners who work together to strengthen his kingdom.

We worked with 9 different churches, 6 different Christian organizations in 4 weeks. One of the highlights was that a school opened its doors, allowing us to come every day and share God’s characters and teach the students to worship God every day.

We were able to minister to about 210 children. It was so exciting to see them listening to our teaching about Jesus, singing worship songs and playing. So much joy. What a hopeful generation!

It was with such joy that we shared, encouraged, prayed and made Jesus known to a total of 115 young people. Some of them came from churches, others from the street, still others from Christian organizations.

We were able to visit around 60 homes and reached three new villages for the Gospel.

We were amazed by the warm welcome and hospitality of the Christians. We were so cared for and could feel the unity of the body of Christ. We also noticed the thirst to get to know Jesus better.

We have sown the seeds and let us pray together for Nosy-Be and its people that these seeds of faith may grow.
