It required hard work, determination, and a constant focus on the greater vision—knowing that among us are 42 nation changers. Though the challenges were real—physically, mentally, and emotionally—I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be: empowering young leaders to thrive in Christ and to transform their communities through God’s Word. Each day, seeing the growth of the students revived my heart and gave me strength, even before I closed my eyes at night. I am truly grateful for every single person who has been part of this journey.”

« My leadership journey with LTS,

Before my LTS, I believed leaders were born different: confident, charismatic, bold, and great speakers. Even when I was given leadership roles, I always felt unqualified.

But something has changed during the 6 weeks of training. I realize that leadership is not about titles or positions. It’s about influence and impact, bringing positive change and helping others grow.

I have discovered the power of humility and the importance of serving others. I had to figth against my own excuses: “I’m too shy… I’m an introvert… I can’t do that” Those words, my own thoughts and myself were my biggest enemies. I have learned to stay strong when things feel uncomfortable, speak up even when it’s hard and break free from the mindset of “I can’t” or “I don’t need anyone.”

A leader is just someone who still wants to learn and grow with others.

It starts with me. It starts with us. We must let the beauty inside us shining and make a difference. »
